Eligibility:

1. Must be freedom fighter or martyr/dead/war-wounded/poor freedom fighter's husband/wife/son/daughter.
2. Must have evident plan.
3. Must involved in small bussiness/self-employment activities.
4. Must be NID card holder.
5. Permanent resident certificate from UP chairman/municipal or city corporation councilor.
6. Business activities have to be within branch area.
