Mr. Niranjan Chandra Debnath joined as Managing Director at Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank
Mr. Niranjan Chandra Debnath joined Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) as Managing Director on 10th May 2023. Prior to joining RAKUB Mr. Debnath served Sonali Bank Limited as Deputy Managing Director. He also worked with BASIC Bank Limited as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Debnath started his career with BASIC Bank Limited in 1997 as Assistant Manager. During his long banking career, he worked at different branches and various divisions at Head Office of BASIC Bank Limited at different capacities.
Mr. Debnath completed Masters of Commerce in Accounting from Chattogram University. He is a Professional Accountant, a fellow (FCMA) of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh. He also achieved CMA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. Besides, he obtained DAIBB from IBB. Mr. Debnath participated different training programs & seminars at home and abroad.
